nuvyvpn Terms of Service
Service and accounts
nuvyvpn provides WireGuard VPN connections, server selection, device management, approximate usage reporting and support tickets. The free V1 has no purchase, subscription or renewal interface. Availability may vary with maintenance, capacity, network conditions and release regions.
Sign in with Apple is required. The default limit is three registered devices; this is not a promise of three simultaneous connections. Protect your Apple account, devices and private keys.
Acceptable use
Comply with applicable law. Do not use the service for unauthorized system access, malware distribution, fraud, infringement, network disruption or other unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access for abuse or security risks, with an appropriate support or appeal channel.
Availability and security
A VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity, absolute security or connectivity in every network. UDP restrictions may prevent connections. Maintenance, failure or authorization changes may interrupt service. Connection authorization expires under the lease policy if the control plane becomes unavailable.
We take reasonable measures to maintain the service. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy, deletion and contact
See the accompanying Privacy Policy for data handling. Delete account in the Account tab revokes access and removes primary account data; historical backups follow their retention policy.

Updates and disputes
Material changes to the service or these terms will be communicated through appropriate channels. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without excluding any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
